PRODUCT DETAILS INDICATE WHETHER AN ITEM IS "MADE TO ORDER" or "READY TO SHIP"
• Processing times do NOT include shipping times, please review shipping below.
• If you're ordering both “MADE TO ORDER” and “READY TO SHIP” items your package will ship once all items are ready.
• MADE TO ORDER: 12-14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
• READY TO SHIP: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
We are often able fulfill orders faster than promised, but this depends greatly on our current order volume! Please try to remember all designs are drafted, graded, cut, and sewn in studio by just one person.
Shipping
• Covid-19 may impact shipping times.
• All orders are shipped with USPS services.
• Tracking included for every order.
• US Standard: 4-8 days (NOT insured)
• US Priority: 1-3 days (insured up to $100)
• International Standard: 7-21 days (NOT insured)
TRACKING: You will not receive any shipment details until your package is ready to be picked up by USPS. Once we've spent time perfecting all your killer goodiez we will package everything up and send it your way! Expect to see an email from us with a tracking number based off our current turnaround times, which are stated above.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Unfortunately, once USPS has picked up your package from our studio, the responsibility of these goods is in the hands of said carrier service. USPS Priority Mail insures all packages up to $100 and a claim can be filed through the USPS official website. If you would like to pay for a more secure shipping option such as a higher value insurance or a signature confirmation feel free to reach out to us at info@syzygythelabel.com with your Order # and desired shipping upgrade. If your package has already been fulfilled the shipping cannot be altered so please contact us ASAP or even before placing your order so that we can create you a custom invoice if need be!
